Return Policy

All items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days, as long as the tag has not been removed. The item must be in the same condition as when sold. Please note that for hygiene reasons, unfortunately we cannot accept the return of earrings. We will cover your return postage cost if the order has a fault, otherwise we may deduct our p&p cost.

Warranty

It is most unlikely that any of our items will require after-sales service, but if a part of your item becomes loose or needs repair, we will be very happy to do so (including restringing your pearls). We offer this free of charge for the first year.

Shipping

We usually dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
